The Demons Have the Phonebox

I forgot to pack my card reader when I packed for this weekend. Otherwise I would have put up some pictures of the big christmas tree and the beach and whatnot. Alas, I do not have my card reader with me and my fancy-dancy new/old computer does not have the proper card drive on the side to read my phones card. :( I would just post a picture from dA but I’m hesitant to post other peoples pictures, even with proper credit given. People can be really bitchy about that. :/ So, today, there will be no picture. :’( So sad, I will however, upload some when I get home, or if my dad remembered to bring his card reader. :)

I hope everyone had a fantastic turkey-day. I did, we got to the house in Rehoboth and dropped our things off then I drove us down to my aunts house and afterwards we came back up to the beach, mom drove as I was about to pass out. Today, woke up, went to play a game at the arcade with my dad only to realize that the good arcade has been boarded up for the season. :( So we wandered and we stopped in the camera shop and found the batteries we need for the film SLRs that I hope to use for photo class. :) So, technically I have three ^_^ because when the year first started he went out and bought one, only to realize a few months later that he could still get ahold of his old ones. lol So two were free. :) Tomorrow should be good too, going to see Harry Potter, I hope I get the last bit of the book re-read tonight I read most of it when I was sick, was it last week? Yeah, I think it was last week.

Anyway, have a great thanksgiving weekend. :D

I apologize, I believe I said that I would upload a picture a day and I have not been doing so. :( I’m sorry. I’m horrible at keeping these sorts of things up. I will attmept to overcome my inherent lazyness none the less. :) I don’t post things very much at all…so I’m going to try to think of something to rant about…

Okay, I’m not very good at keeping on track but lets see how this goes.

Myself, personally I was raised on country music and I love it. I don’t understand why a lot, I won’t say all, but a lot of the people I know seem to hate it, or at least harbor a strong distaste for it. I don’t understand it. I’ve heard people say, “Derpp it’s stupid, all they talk about is beer, sex, and tractors derpderpderp,” well yes, but now think about it. The stereotype for hip hop is, “drugs, bitches, and money,” the stereotype for metal is, “drugs, sex, rage,” the list goes on. However, in my experience no matter how you say it, hicks, rednecks, hillbillies, etc they seem to be some of the happiest people on this damn planet.

Ugh, my attention span has failed me yet again, I’ll work on that.

So today, I got to first period. I sat down and started with the math and whatnot. Then I had the sudden overwhelming need to vomit. :( So, I went home. The good thing about that is that since I went home so early I got to spend the entire day re-reading the last Harry Potter book since the movie comes out on friday. I also got to sleep…sleep is good.

I also fail, because I’ve only had this for a few days and I already don’t do what I say I will with the daily pictures. :( I apologize.

So, today my friends Alexx, Alex, Jessica, Mike, and I went to an absolutely amazing show in baltimore at the Ottobar, I don’t think I remember the names of all the bands that played but I do remember Atilla, In the Midst of Lions, and my three favorites, Oceano, Chelsea Grin, and Monsters, although I feel like there were a few more. :D The music was awesome, the lighting was amazing, and the venue was actually pretty kick ass in my opinion. :) Not to mention getting to spend about six-seven hours with a few of my favorite people. Show on saturday, band practice tomorrow, I think I could really get used to this. lol

OH! We saw this girl there, she was right up front and we were admiring her completely neon pink hair when I noticed that she had a camera and was taking pictures, it made me think about how amazing it would be to have that as a career, to get to go to shows and take pictures up close like that. Now, I have no idea if she was actually a professional photographer, but I assume so because I don’t think anyone else would even consider bringing a camera like that to a metal show. lol I wish I had my camera now because there were some really amazing shots once we stopped being lazy and got up front in the pit. lol :)

I’m also incredibly excited because we get our class rings on monday. ^_^ This is turning out to be a relatively amazing weekend. :) Now all I have to do is get up and do homework tomorrow morning.

Anyhow, off to bed now that I’ve washed the sweat, grease, and smoke off of me. :) Got to get up tomorrow and get something academic accomplished. 

So yeah, never really been good at keeping up this whole “blogging” thing, so I figure I give this one last shot. I’m Dani, or Darp…Danana, Darpilepsy, Dally, Da-nay-nay, or you know, “hey bitch,” so yeah. I like drawing, although I never really upload…anything because I’m too lazy to scan them. So I take a lot of pictures, really into photography right now, hooray for hand-me down cameras. lol I like to write sometimes…not much really…but still…sometimes. :)

So yeah, I’ll probably be putting up pictures, and maybe some stories linking back to my dA which would be www.fuel-the-fire.deviantart.com I have one for drawings but I hardly touch that one, so yeahh. 

I’m not going to bombard you with anymore useless information that you probably don’t want to know, so you ask I guess.
